Ranchi is the capital city of the state of Jharkhand in East India. The state is known for its rich tribal heritage, natural beauty and more than anything its unique cuisine. I am a chef by profession and the idea of travelling to Ranchi struck my mind when I prepared a recipe derived from their local cuisine. I could not stop thinking about visiting there myself and experiencing for my own the real flavours and culture of Jharkhand. The capital city is also a symbol of the state’s quick development after being divided from Bihar in the year 2000.
Ranchi Packages from Air India are not affordable but also value for money. I always wanted a budget friendly trip. I am young and hence I avoid luxuries trips to save for my future. Customer friendly packages from Air India Airlines allowed me to plan my Ranchi trip without worrying about heavy expenditures. There are a number of routes that one can choose to travel from Cochin to Ranchi.
The Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi, Jharkhand is connected to all the 4 metro cities if India. In order to travel to Ranchi I had to first travel to Delhi and then take a second flight to Ranchi from there. Air India Airlines flight packages from Cochin to Ranchi are planned in a way to reduce waiting time at the intermediate stop. I had to wait for just around 5 hours for my next flight; the wonderful facilities available at the Indira Gandhi International Airport kept me more than busy.
I took the flight from Cochin International Airport, Kerala at 8:15 in the morning and I was at the Birsa Munda Airport sharp on time at 5:25 pm. The overall flight experience was way better than economy flights of other airlines. Flight cabins are spacious, meals are hygienic and fresh and the entertainment facilities are more than satisfying. I enjoyed the flight and reflected upon my plans on reaching Ranchi. I was full of excitement and thrill. I had booked the Hotel Crystal Residency at Ranchi and was looking forward to a beautiful stay and trip.
